When you build a custom home in Ontario, your builder should be Tarion registered. Tarion provides important warranty protection on new homes, covering things like structural defects, water penetration, and workmanship for up to 7 years depending on the item.
Choosing a Tarion-registered builder gives you peace of mind and a clear process if issues arise. All the builders I work with are Tarion certified.
